September 05, 2009: I bought this book this summer for my under the sea theme. I am a pre-school teacher and Eric Carle is one of my favorite authors. This is absolutly one of his best. It is not only beautifully writen and illustrated but it is very informative. I learned right along with my children about how the male species of many under the water creatures help take care of their young. I would recommend this book to everyone!!!
