The Domaine de Moulin Brut is a sparkling wine made from Maussac (Mauzac), the "origin" grape of the Gaillac region and perhaps its most well-known. The grape is native to the Tarn valley and was probably one of the first grapes ever cultivated in the region. Its flavors are very fruity and fleshy, with great acidity and verve.
