Excellent remote for an HTPC using Vista Home Premium! Plugged in the receiver and that's it! Vista supplied the drivers and it worked perfectly out of the box. My VisionTek ATI 650 TV tuner came with a remote but not all the buttons worked with Windows Media Center (most did) and, most importantly, there was no button on the VisionTek ATI tuner to actually open up Windows Media Center (had to use the mouse).
