Halloween Costumes for Babies

Babies  are so cute when they are young. You can dress them up in whatever you want for their first or second year of birth, and there is not too much they can do about it.  This Halloween, it's time to take their cuteness to a whole new level with an adorable little costume  Read on for ideas!

First Things First

Before selecting a costume for your little one, take these helpful tips into consideration.

  •  If you are going to be taking the baby trick-or-treating (mom and dad may as well get some candy loot!) think about keeping the baby warm. Blanket sleeper costumes  are great for infants who are lying down, but can be tricky for a baby who wants to sit up. Let your baby's size help you choose his or her costume, as there are many available for babies of different sizes and sitting abilities.
  • One great idea for getting photographs of your Halloween baby is to set up the "photo shoot" on a day earlier than Halloween at a time when the baby is in a great mood. That way, if the baby is tired or cranky on Halloween itself, it won't matter because you will have already gotten your shots!
