Got it on 4th January. Expensive, but I didn't mind paying up because I wanted a adapter that would last long. When it came in, it worked. They cable was a little short, but I dealt with it. Now, eight months later, the cable is broken right above the mini USB plug. I noticed the cable was thin when I bought it, but I never thought it would wear through in less than a year.

Bought this for an old Dell Inspiron 4100 running Ubuntu 7. Power management talks to the battery and predicts charge/discharge time reasonably well.
