Once we put these up they were really ideal for picking our small orders. I have to say however that we had some initial problems with the assembly. The instructions did really cover setting the spacing on the rollers and guides very well. We called your support people. They provided the information we needed when we called. I would suggest you provide more detailed instructions so avoid having people call you in the future. Just a thought.
