I bought this DVD along with Ellen's 'Crunch Fat Burning Pilates' and DEFINITELY prefer the 'Crunch Super SlimDown Pilates Yoga Blend' - I've never been one for aerobic/dance workouts which is basically what the Fat Burning Pilates feels like. 'SlimDown Pilates Yoga Blend' however is both invigorating and easy-to-do and I'm definitely sore the next day!
