The installation instructions enclosed with this model (23345) are wrong. This mirror requires a 2.5 mm metric hex/allen wrench to remove two set screws on the base of the scissor arm from posts on the wall mount in order to reach the screw holes for wall mounting. The wrench is not included. Be very careful as the threads were damaged and the set screws may to go in crooked and strip the threads. The enclosed instructions are for a swing arm mirror.
