China Black Gunpowder Tea
China Black Gunpowder tea is from the Eastern parts of the Chinese province of Fujian, also called Black Pearls, is beautifully crafted by tea artisans in a most traditional way. The anthracite-colored leaves are rolled to pearls after withering, then dried and packed in small cardboard boxes. Our offer has got a nice dark green infusion and a pleasantly aromatic, full-bodied taste.

The top of the line "Pinhead" variety is named because it is the choicest of buds and tips, rolled into tiny, compact pellets. This tea is the lowest in caffeine Flavor: Tiny pellets open up in hot water to give a strong greeny-coppery liquor with a pungent taste. Brewing Hints: 1-2 tsp pellets in a pot of hot water for 3-4 minutes.
