Chessex makes awesome dice, and while I wanted to hand-pick a bunch that were up my alley, it was pretty pricey to do it that way. This pack of "factory seconds" doesn't compromise the coolness I was hoping for. Every one of my 134 dice is usable - some have obvious blemishes but with most of them I can't even find what's supposedly wrong with it. For the price, this is an excellent assortment, but your are at the mercy of which ever line had the most problems this week. My pack was heavy on purple...

You want a bunch of six-sided dice? No problem. You can buy a bulk block, but then all your dice are going to be the same. Wouldn't it be better to mix it all up? Each of these Pound-o-d6's contain 80-100 six-sided dice in all sorts of styles and colors. You'll get fancy dice, funky dice, and ordinary dice. While we cannot promise you'll love everything you'll get in one of these, we CAN promise that you'll get loads of dice !

This was a most excellent purchase! I was brought back into the gaming fold this summer, and introduced my son at the same time. The girls wanted their own dice as well, and this looked like a fun way to introduce the gaming backbone to them. I didn't pull the box from my mail chute until after 11 pm on a school night, but the kids were so excited, they all came down and we split them up immediately.
