Chateau Bonnet Entre Deux Mers Bordeaux Blanc 2008 - Brilliant pale yellow color with both green and silver highlights. A fresh, delicate, elegant nose that is very Sauvignon Blanc. After a light aeration, we find notes of lemon, lemon tarts, white flowers (peach tree, orange tree, white rose) with a touch of flint stone. The attack is fresh and it evolves on the palate with richness and a good balance. Very fruity, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon, and white fruit with a long finish...

The "reasoned fight" approach agricultural management calls for minimal treatments if necessary in the vineyard. It evaluates all of the farmer's economic objectives and risks while being respecful to the enviroment. It calls for use of non-residual products whenever possible. Use of herbicides in the vineyard is eliminated. Sulphur treatments are few and the powder form is never used for the sake of human health.
