This is a beautiful, pale yellow wine with touches of gold. It offers an evocative, highly aromatic nose dominated by ripe, juicy stone fruit (peaches, plums & apricots) and floral notes. A very refreshing wine with good acidity, it balances peach and apricot flavors with a hint of caramel and herbs. The clean and refreshing palate leads to a nice finish. It is ready to drink now, and can be served with any and all fish and shellfish dishes (especially spicy ones), or as an aperitif.
