This hydration pack is more comfortable than my single-bottle belt. It's hard to believe I am carrying several bottles worth of water. No more careful rationing of liquids or stopping to buy bottled water during a 20-mile run. The mouthpiece is right next to your chin, but out of the way and easy to remove and replace at full stride. The pack slides a little at faster paces (7:00/mi.and under), but I got used to it and there's no chafing. Don't expect to carry much beyond a cell phone or 3 gel packs...
