Calphalon Katana Series Utility Knife (6-in.)
I needed a good utility knife that was sharp, sturdy and long lasting. Since my pots and pans are by Calphallon and have lasted for many years, I felt this would be of the same quality. It is, but I would like a better separation between handle and blade as this could cause a serious cutting accident. I would recommend it to someone who using only a cutting board to chopped veggies. It is definitely not good for cutting anything up right over the pot.
