Adolfo Hurtato, head winemaker at Cono Sur Vineyards, has been named winemaker of the year and won accolades for practically ever wine he’s produced. This great little Cab is from Colchagua Valley grapes, farmed organically, that have reached a peak of ripeness and maturity. Soft and richly fruity with generous plum and blackcurrant flavors complemented by chocolate and spice.
