The BTF Brake Line Tab is used when mounting a hard brake line to the chassis or axle tube. The dimensions of the tab are 1 1/16 wide x 1 5/16 tall with a 5/8 hole. The tab is stamped from 1/8 steel plate.

The BTF Flat Bottom Coil Over Tab is laser cut from 1/4 high-strength steel plate. The tab measures 3 across the flat bottom and is 2 from the flat bottom to the center of the bolt hole. The bolt hole is 1/2. This tab is perfect for a lower shock mount when you need to get the coil over as close to the axle as possible. The BTF Shock Tab for Axle Tube is laser cut from 3/16 high-strength steel plate. The distance from the edge of the axle tube to the center of the bolt hole is 2. It has a 1/2 bolt hole. The shock tab can be mounted on round surfaces ranging from 2 5/8 to 3 1/2 in diameter.

The "BTF Dana 44 Ford Front Truss System" is designed to mount front 4 link suspension links. The kit includes 4 upper link tabs that are laser cut for 1/2" bolts. You can easily drill them out to 1" if required. The truss is laser cut from 1/2" high-strength steel plate and formed on a CNC press brake. The kit includes one diff cover and the hardware needed to bolt it down. This is a weld on kit. An experienced welder is required to install this part.

Laser-cut from 5/16" thick high-strength steel plate. The brackets are designed to work on axle tube diameters from 3 1/8" to 3 1/2". The shorter bracket measures 1 1/2" from the edge of the axle tube to the center of the bolt hole to accommodate the largest of suspension joints. The bolt hole size is laser cut to 5/8" but could be drilled up to 1" if necessary. The BTF True High-9 Skid Plate was originally designed for Becca Webster and her Red Bull RockHer 2 rig. We used one on the front and rear her car. This fabricated diff skid is made from 1/4 thick high-strength steel plate. It bolts to the lower 5 studs of the housing and the lower 3 bolts in the pinion support. It will protect the ARB line and keep your studs in good shape to make removal of the third member easy. It also serves as a skid to help you slide over the next rock without incident.

The BTF Diff Cover Fill Plug & Bung was designed for use in our line of Kryptonite diff covers. The Bung installs and welds in from the inside of the cover so no weld is visible from the extreior of the cover. The Bung is machined on a lathe from cold-rolled bar stock. It fits into a 1 1/2 hole. The Plug is machined to a pipe thread for a positive seal. The opening is approximately 1 in diameter.

The "BTF Curved Coilover Tab for 1 3/4" Tube" is laser cut from 1/4" high-strength steel plate. The tab measures 1 1/4" from the edge of the tube to the center of the bolt hole. The bolt hole is 1/2". This tab is curved on the bottom side to provide clearance for the shock body when the tab must be rotated up for more height.
