We like most of the features on the seat. We bought it specifically because the five-point harness can be used with children up to 65 pounds. However, we found that the latch, which comes up through the seat bottom between the child's legs, doesn't allow much room even when moved to the position farthest forward. My younger 4.5 years old son is regular kid so his OK with it. My older 6 years old son has low muscle tone and he slips down simply because the seat is not deep enough. I think that 5 points boosters are better for smaller children and more comfortable for them. For special needs I recommend also 5 points boosters unless the child is too big. I'm going to extend the seat with some roll so my older one will have more thigh support and will not slip down.

So I gave up on the middle and decided to try and put the booster seat on the passenger side. It only took me a minute to figure out how to snap it into the brackets. Unfortunately in my Honda the seat belt latches are pretty short so it kept sliding underneath the car seat and I had to fish for the seatbelt latch each time I had to seatbelt my daughter in. With the rigid latch in place it was hard to move the seat around to get to the seatbelt latch.
