It's fast and quiet, has a good selection of software bundled with and has double the cache size of many of it's competitors. Easy to install, has all the cables/hardware one needs. I bought this drive as soon as it came out, as LG was one of the first to offer the "all-inclusive" combo drives. Now, I can't imagine not buying...
