The Black Diamond Skylight is an ultralight 3 person shelter that incorporates a hybrid of single and double wall design to reduce weight while providing ventilation. The Skylight uses three poles to support the freestanding tent body, and the attached vestibule can be rolled forward and staked out to provide storage space and weather protection (shown in photo to left).

Single-wall design boasts low weight, strength and comfortable ergonomics. It's a tough performer where heavy condensation is an issue and during rain and snow showers. The rear two-thirds of the tent is constructed of Epic fabric. Epic fabric is more water resistant than DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treated fabrics and more breathable than laminates.
