I received the product promptly and tried them on. The right was very comfortable, but the left one hurt at the top where the buckle is. I thought it would wear in, so I wore them around the house off and on several times through the course of the week. Nothing changed. I did receive free shipping both ways and I had no problems returning them for a credit. I will not hesitate dealing with Amazon or Birkenstock again.
