The ankle strap is plush and comfortable - it moves with you instead of against you, whick cuts out on ankle bite. The ankle strap also has a hinge for easy open access. Amazing binding for the price, a ton of additional features compared to others above its' price range! EZ feed open mouth ratchets! Tooless adjustability on both straps, a great converatble update on the toe.
