This thing makes an "OK" cup of cappuccino. I like this product because it makes a decent cup to wake me up every work day. If one follows direction correctly and not overfill on water, you'll never have problem using it. In addition, after the coffee is made, I fill the top part with half cold water to cool it down so I can clean it in 15 minutes. Overall, I'm happy with it enough to use it every day, except on weekends when I have more time to use a French press.
