The setting is permanently attached "Fixed" to the D Ring on one side. Being "Fixed" means that you will not have to worry about losing the charm, or fumbling with loose beads, like you might with a captive ring. Also it will always be facing the same way instead of spinning around backwards.

The Bezel Cup Hybrid Fixed Ring has a Bezel Setting made out of 14k Gold which is smooth and will not snag on clothing. The Ring is made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. The Bezel Cup is 6mm in diameter and is attached to the Ring with the gem firmly seated inside. It can be set for a Horizontal or Vertical the option is up to you. The Gem Setting can be made in either 14K White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you.
