"Utlimate Tiny Betsy" is a resin doll. She comes with two synthetic wigs- the brunette wig is attached with velcro and a second auburn colored wig comes in a plastic bag attached to the inside of the special blue collectors box. Both share the same bob cut style. She has a removable pate that would enable you change the eyes but she does not come with a second set of eyes.
