UNUSUAL Woven Straw ARTS & CRAFTS Purse
Tightly woven straw handbag probably made in the tropics in the 1930's or 40's, I think. It has a 30's Arts & Craft's look to it. Unique square shape has tall handles. Hand decorated pink and green flower design is painted on each side and top. There are some unraveled places one on the handle and underneath, but still strong and usable. It very different, and has a little weight due to the strong weave. Lots of time, straw, and love went into making this one many years ago.

SPANISH CRAFT ARTS & CRAFTS LEATHER PURSE
This is an extremely well done period purse by Spanish Craft done in the ever popular Lilly of the Valley design whose looks will only improve with age. The leather has a wonderful warm reddish brown patina with artful metal wear on the clasp. The inside is green suede and it is in wonderful condition. It comes with the original mirror and change purse. The mirror has some silver backing missing.

The eagle symbolizes the Lakota people. It is the strongest and bravest of all birds. For this reason, the eagle has been chosen as a symbol of what is highest, bravest, strongest and holiest.
