Other Thoughts: I had a Kiddie C02 detector that got a bad LCD screen at the end of it's warranty. I called Kiddie and as easy as that they sent me a new one. THe customer service said they stand behind their products and will send me out a new unit ASAP. The new unit arrived in 3 days and I didn't have to return the old one.
