I loved this press when it first arrived as the idea of an insulated coffee press is wonderful. However after only one or two uses I noticed that it was broken on the outer wall which eliminates the seal necessary to insulate. When I contacted Target they were nice enough but their online site was so difficult to use I could not provide them the information needed. I swiped in the order number Target gave me and the automatic reply said it was incorrect and would not allow me to input the information...
