My labels arrived quicker than I expected. But I was REALLY pleased when I saw the quality which was much better than I expected. The labels were printed in thick paper stock and very tough. The colors and printing quality is very high. I will be ordering again soon.

I just received my labels last nite via UPS. They did have the correct address to begin with, but the driver couldn't locate my home on the street because the numbers are not in order. That's why there was a delay of five days. Thanks so much for keeping track of the situation and responding to my emails. UPDATED REVIEW: At first, I had a mixed experience with their labels. The address labels I ordered were GREAT, but the font on the small round labels was harder to read in person than it appeared on the screen. However, they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, and were VERY helpful and easy to work with. I just sent the round labels back for a refund, and kept the address labels. I would definitely recommend using this company. You will probably be satisfied with your order...
