Ariats Heritage Zip horseback riding paddock boots are very comfortable shoes on or off the horse . They wear well and look good, as long as they are taken care of. Keep them clean , wipe them off with a damp rag after use, especially if they get sweaty from riding your horse, or from general barn dirt and mud. If you live in a sandy part of the country, keep the sand out of the zippers or consider getting a lace up pair. Zippers will wear out in the sand, but can be replaced.
