The AmeriGlide Extender SUV is designed to allow storage of a mobility scooter or electric wheelchair in a full sized van or SUV. It uses a rechargeable battery pack, which simplifies wiring, and it can usually be installed with little or no vehicle modification. Supporting up to 350 pounds, this internal vehicle lift combines the convenience of an external lift, while offering the protection of an internal vehicle lift.
