I've had a Motorola and a Plantronics blue tooth earpiece, but this one by far exceeds them. The pairing is quite simple, the noise assassin works fantastic. I bought both the Black and Silver models. This works better then 12 other Bluetooth I've used including the Jabra JX-10 runner up. I tested with the NoiseAssassin on and off in many various conditions to my voice mail and it cuts the background noise "Considerably".
