This was painted from my imagination. I was inspired by the colors of rocks wet from the water and by the foam of the sea. It is framed in a narrow gold frame with an off-white mat and measures 28"H x 36"W. It is protected by plexiglass, rather than glass, because it does not break and is lighter in weight. It is wired and ready for hanging.

A Gift From The Sea
This treasure glows with an intense combination of blue violet and magenta with a streak of navy and a wisp of a soft blue. This is English sea glass that was found on a beach in England near a Victorian era glass factory that discarded scraps of multicolored glass into the North sea at the end of the work day. The bale is a simple handmade Sterling silver link which lets the beauty of this sea glass speak for itself.
