This definately makes a great cup of coffee,..but,....it's difficult to know how much water you have in the pull out water retainer,..because they have the numbers inside the retainer so you have to look down into the water,..which is really stupid! So you kind of have to guess. It does not make a lot of coffee because it doesn't hold a lot of water,..it says 8 cup capacity,.but it's more like 5 or 6 cups. The digital time display on mine does not show the whole last digit on the minutes,....
