The Fire Pit arrived in great time, however the packageing could have been a lot better. The weight of the item makes it difficult to ship, but I feel they could have done a lot better. I had to open the package to be sure all the parts were there because the package was torn and messed up. All parts were there, but the stirafome was in very bad shape and I could not use some of it at all. I had to place the small parts in a plastic bag because they were lose in the package.
