My favorite color is pink so I began looking for a deeper pink for a nose stud. I was pierced with a lighter pink and found that the pink tended to blend with my skin color (I don't tan). I have a custom made pink tourmaline necklace so I already new the color of the stone and this nose stud didn't disappoint. I was a little concerned about the color of blue on the display but when I received it I found the color is more on the lines of a blue topaz.
