In 1998, Renault introduced the Clio. With its success, the Clio trophy was established along with a lighter faster racing model. The Clio Sport was reconfigured to a mid-engine, rear-wheel drivetrain. The FX7 - V6 turbo engine taken from the Renault Laguna, was mounted in the rear seat area. The original body was widened to fit 18" wheels.

the Rage reminds me of a old 70's VW dune buggy. a lot less torque compared to the Clio. also looks like the ride height is a bit high dont ya think ? i guess the setup is more suited for a dirttrack.the Rage seems to be an over grown shifter kart. anyway interesting video
