Prenatal Multiple by Nature's Life
I was told to start taking prenatal vitamins for their overall benefits, but I'm not pregnant. I just needed a better multi-vitamin because I need the energy as I work with little kids. I only take 1/2 dose (3 instead of 6) but have great results. Lots of energy and a great boost to my immune system! However, if I take a 4th pill, I have a lot of nausea shortly after.

I cannot say enough good things about these vitamins! I am taking them now during my first pregnancy and have been taking them for at least 6 months b4 I became pregnant and have not been sick for one day during any part of my pregnancy. The only negative would be that they are fairly large pills and you take 6 each day. I learned how to do it well even though I have been finicky in the past. They are definately worth taking. It has mostly everything but Omega 3,6,9, which I take extra. Otherwise it is complete and the pills do not taste bad and are easy to swallow thanks to the gelatin coating. I find it also good that you have to take 4 a day - with each meal one, vitamins can be absorbed better that way than just taking one a day.

I am a nurse with a minor in nutrition and used to think that I had to take 14 pills a day to get all the stuff I needed for energy and good health, but Prenatal One is a complete bargain for what you get - I have not been pregnant for 15 years now, but still take this supplement ..... You would be hard pressed to find a multi-mineral supplement that has all this has, and in one tablet. Most of us have trouble stomaching a bunch of pills, and often forget to take half of them - what good are they...
