I thought this would be such a great idea, and our son took to it great...BUT.. we ended up in the hospital because it showed his fever at 105... and when they took his bottom temp (which I was dumb and didn't do myself and could have avoided the whole thing) it was only 102. That is 3 degrees off!!! We thought it was faulty so we bought a different one and same thing. The only accurate temp you should count on is bottom. It will save you a lot of panic, inaccuracy and hospital trips.
